GT “The Where”: Dining Out

Darly and I are both certified food lovers. In fact, when we were still seeing each other back then, most of our dates are spent on food trips. Even our weekly gimik with friends are mostly on resto hunting and eating galore. Gobble here and gobble there.

There’s lots of good places to eat out specially in Manila, but lemme just share to you a few of our favorites.

Wai Ying in Binondo

If its Chinese food you’re craving for, nothing beats a good old Ongpin Chinese food.  Wai Ying can be considered a hole in the wall kind of restaurant, but i tell you dimsum and rice toppings meals are badass delicious.

A delectable fried dumpling and Lo Mai Kai

Mister Kebab in West Ave., Quezon City

My gang’s go-to restaurant when we’re craving for something spicy and flavorful food at the wee hours of the morning after a long night of gimik and lakwatsa.  Their garlic and hot sauce is such a mouth-watering treat and a perfect condiment for their scrumptious kabab and shawarma.

Hmmmm, Chelo Kabab and Keema with eggplant.  Delish!!

Well, here in Dubai- restos of all sorts and cuisine are everywhere.  But if its casual dining we are looking for, the family’s favorite are these two.

Cafe Havana and More Cafe.

Good service, great food, awesome family experience.

So, what about you? Where do you want to eat?  Share it here.
